DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SOS is a contemporary clothing brand rooted in nature, craft, and thoughtful design. We create clothing using natural fibres, plant-based dyes, reclaimed materials, and certified organic fabrics, working in collaboration with artisans, craft communities, and manufacturing partners across India.

Many of our products are handcrafted and made in limited quantities. Variations in colour, texture, weave, print placement, and finish are inherent characteristics of handmade processes and should not be considered defects.

GENERAL

These Terms govern your use of the Site and any products, services, content, or features made available through it.

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site at our sole discretion.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings, photography, natural dyes, and handcrafted processes, actual colours and details may vary.

Because many SOS garments are produced using artisanal techniques, slight irregularities are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

All product measurements and descriptions are approximate and may vary slightly.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product information may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and verified.

ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines provided on the Site are estimates only.

SOS and So Sustain shall not be responsible for delays resulting from courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, available separately on the Site.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Site, including but not limited to photographs, product imagery, graphics, artwork, logos, text, videos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of So Sustain and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
