Shipping & Returns
At Something Sustainable, every SOS piece is made with care, intention and a lot of love.
Since our products are crafted in small batches and many pieces are made through slower, mindful processes, we do not offer refunds on products once sold or shipped, except in cases where cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window, where an order is cancelled by SOS, or in exceptional damaged/incorrect product cases at SOS discretion.
We are happy to offer a credit note valid for 6 months within 7 days of delivery of the product, provided the terms and conditions below are met.
Payments are processed securely through secure third-party payment gateways.
Shipping Policy
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message or email with your shipment details.
Orders are usually shipped within 7–10 working days and delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.
Each collection may have specific shipping details mentioned on the product page. In case of any delay, we will notify you.
We offer free shipping on orders worth 5,000 INR and above within India.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders take approximately 15–20 days to deliver, as each piece is crafted exclusively for you.
The exact timeline will be shared via email once your order is placed.
Since pre-order pieces are made especially for you, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed on pre-orders.
Please take your sweet time to decide before placing a pre-order.
Domestic Orders
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.
International Orders

Our team will guide you through product availability, shipping charges, timelines and payment details.
International shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees may vary depending on the destination and will be confirmed before payment.
Exchange & Credit Note Policy
We do not offer refunds once a product is sold or shipped.
Refunds are not offered except for approved cancellations, order cancellations by SOS, or exceptional damaged/incorrect product cases at SOS discretion.
We are happy to offer a credit note valid for 6 months within 7 days of delivery of the product, provided the product meets our eligibility conditions.
Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues that are reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please include your order number and your exchange or credit note requirement.
Once you email us, our customer care team will get back to you within 1–2 business days to guide you through the process.
Our team may request additional information or photographs to assess your request. Please do assist them so we can resolve it smoothly.
Eligibility Conditions
For a size exchange or credit note to be approved:
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
For exchanges, the issue must be size-related.
The product must be in the exact same condition in which it was received.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
All original labels, tags and packaging must be intact.
The product must pass our quality inspection once received.
SOS reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchange or credit note.
Return Shipping
Customers are required to book the return shipment themselves and bear the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping the tracking details safely until the returned product reaches us.
Size Exchanges
If your size exchange request is approved, the same product in the new requested size will be delivered within 1–2 weeks from the date of return request approval, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose to receive a credit note for the concerned amount paid.
6-Month Credit Note
We are happy to offer a credit note valid for 6 months within 7 days of delivery of the product, provided the product meets our eligibility conditions.
The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used to shop another size, product or future collection from Something Sustainable.
Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred as a refund to the original payment method.
Discounted Products / Sale Items
Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Size exchange or credit note may be offered only at SOS discretion, subject to availability and condition.
If a size exchange is not possible, approval of a credit note will be at the discretion of SOS, based on the condition of the product and the terms of the sale.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number.
Clear photos or videos of the issue.
Packaging photos, if applicable.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, credit note or refund depending on the case.
Refunds in damaged, defective or incorrect product cases are offered only at SOS discretion.
Terms of Cancellation
SOS products are one of a kind, and every piece is mindfully and carefully crafted by our exceptional craftsmen. We would truly appreciate it if you could share your concerns with us before requesting a cancellation.
We will always try our best to resolve your issue. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

If your cancellation request is approved, the concerned amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 15 working days of the request.
Cancellations will not be accepted after 12 hours of order placement, or once the order has been processed, packed, shipped or marked as a pre-order/custom order.
