Shipment Policy

 

All our products are couriered via trusted courier companies & payments are processed via PayU.

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each SOS piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold / shipped. 

Once the SOS pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the below mentioned terms and conditions are met).

If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at info@somethingsustainable.in and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days to guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the garments. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.

All Pre-orders will take 15-20 days to deliver as each piece will be crafted exclusively for you. The exact timeline will be shared via email once you place an order. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed on the same. Please take your sweet time to decide on the Pre-orders.  

 

Domestic

 

Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message / mail with shipment details. All orders are generally shipped within 7-10 working days of order placement. In case of any delay in the shipment of order we will notify you. We offer free shipping on orders worth ₹ 5,000 and above within India.

 

 International

Return & Exchange Policy

 

All Return & Exchange requests will be accepted for size related issues only.

To request a Return, please email us at info@somethingsustainable.in with your order number and your return or exchange requirements.

We will accept returns within 5 days of delivery of the product. Once you have emailed us, our customer care will revert back within 1-2 days to explain the process of exchange.

Please note:

For exchanges, the product should be in the exact same condition as it was received, with labels and packaging.

The cost of shipping the product back will be borne by the customer.

SOS reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

Any customised item cannot be returned as the item is exclusively made for you, based on measurements shared by you. 

Discounted products are not eligible for returns.

If all the above requirements are met, the same product of the new size requested will be delivered within 1-2 weeks from the date of return request approval.

Or you may opt to take a credit note for the concerned amount paid, to be utilised within 6 months.

 

Terms of Cancellation

 

SOS products are one of a kind and every piece is mindfully & carefully crafted by our exceptional craftsmen. We will appreciate if you can share your concerns with us before requesting a cancellation.

We will try our best to resolve your issue, however if you still wish to proceed with cancellation of order placed, you can do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

Write to us at info@somethingsustainable.in regarding your concern / cancellation request. The concerned amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 15 working days of the request.
